Why I Do This
I already work two full-time jobs. This isn't my livelihood — it's something I do because I genuinely love fixing things and I care about the people in my community. Every hour I spend on a job is my own free time, and I choose to spend it this way.
Every dollar collected goes straight back into the business — tools, materials, supplies, and keeping the operation running. I'm not drawing a personal income from this. That's not why I'm here.
I got into this because a neighborhood where houses are falling apart isn't a healthy neighborhood — and a lot of those houses belong to people who couldn't afford to get anything fixed. When Tier 1 customers pay my standard rate, that money goes right back into stock and supplies that let me help the next Tier 4 neighbor for free.

Quick Fixes: Door hinge tightening, hardware replacement, cabinet adjustments, and minor drywall patching.Furniture Services: Assembly, custom modification, stabilization, and alignment of flat-pack or vintage furniture.Weatherization & Safety: Installing smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms, applying caulk, and sealing gaps around windows/doors.The Finishing Touches: Level, secure mounting of heavy mirrors, artwork, gallery walls, shelving, and closet systems.
⚡ Light Electrical Component Swaps
Wall Switches: Upgrading old toggle switches to modern rocker switches, dimmers, or smart/Wi-Fi switches.Outlets: Replacing standard receptacles with fresh units, GFCI outlets, or integrated USB charging ports.Fixtures: Swapping out old light fixtures, sconces, and ceiling fans for new upgrades.(Note: All electrical services are strictly "like-in-kind" replacements on existing functional circuits, keeping things safely within standard residential boundaries.)

We don't handle work requiring specialized licenses. If your job needs a licensed jouneyman, we'll refer you to someone we trust.
How It Works
Let's Talk About Price — Before We Even Get to the Scale
My full, standard rate is already up to 50% below what most handyman services charge in this area. That's not a sale, that's just how I price my work. The sliding scale below starts from that already-reduced number and goes down further from there.
I also carry extra materials and supplies on hand. When I have what you need in stock, I'll provide those materials to you at no charge — you only pay for anything I need to go out and purchase specifically for your job.
You're already getting a deal before the conversation even starts.

My pricing is based on your household's financial situation — not on what the market demands. Use the tiers below as a guide. You know your situation best; I trust you to be honest, and I promise not to pry.
Stable income, no financial hardship
Standard rate (already up to 50% off local market)
Helps fund reduced rates for neighbors — thank you!
Modest income, some financial strain
50–75% of standard rate
Working but stretched thin; materials at cost
Fixed income, disability, or significant hardship
25–49% of standard rate
Seniors, single parents, those on assistance; materials at cost
Unemployed, crisis situation, or unable to pay for labor
Cost of purchased materials only — labor is free
No one turned away. I cover what I can from my own stock at no charge.
You choose your tier. I ask only for honesty. There's no paperwork, no proof of income required, and no judgment.
Your Word & a Handshake
Some things don't need a contract. If you tell me what you need and what you can pay — that's enough. I built this on trust, and I extend that trust to you first.
